Bluestar Opto Limited provides a 2-year warranty on its LED display products, starting from the date you receive the goods.
What the warranty covers
During the warranty period, product quality issues arising from normal use — defects in materials or workmanship — are covered by this warranty.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or operation outside the product specifications.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
How to make a warranty claim

Provide photos or a short video showing the problem so our technicians can assess it.
3. Solution
Once confirmed as a product quality issue, we will provide repair or replacement solutions.
Specific warranty details are subject to the sales contract signed by both parties.
